Dr. Solomon D. L. Lekia
Vice President
Dr. Solomon D. L. Lekia is an alumnus of the Birabi Memorial Grammar School, Bori, Rivers State, Nigeria. He is an Oil and Gas (O&G) Industry executive based in the US state of Texas. His professional life has had him live and work in many US states (Oklahoma, California, Louisiana, and Texas) and in international locations in Bangkok, Thailand, and Mina Al-Zour, Kuwait. Dr. Lekia’s professional life encompasses research and development, consulting, teaching, and mentoring of O&G industry professionals. Dr. Lekia has travelled over 30 states in the USA and 32 countries in the world and has acquired knowledge and sensitivities from different cultures that shapes his worldview. Dr. Lekia graduated with BS and MS degrees from the University of Tulsa, Tulsa, Oklahoma and earned the Ph.D. degree from the University of Oklahoma, Norman, Oklahoma, USA; all degrees are in Petroleum Engineering.
Prof. Emmanuel S. Eneyo
President
Prof. Emmanuel S. Eneyo is an alumnus of the Birabi Memorial Grammar School, Bori, Rivers State, Nigeria. He received his BSISE and MSISE degrees from the University of Southern California and a Ph.D. degree in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University, West Lafayette, Indiana, USA. As a Professor Emeritus at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, he is a veteran of the academic institutions in the United States and earned the reputation of being an accomplished faculty member, researcher, academic administrator, program and curriculum developer, coordinator of accreditation efforts, and academic mentor and advisor in engineering for over 30 years. Prof. Eneyo is not only an educator, but an international engineering management consultant interested in industrial applications of production systems management, with primary focus in the emerging concepts of supply chain logistics management, lean six-sigma production, knowledge-based systems management, value engineering, and project management.
Mr. Idee E. Igboh

Mr. Idee E. Igboh is an alumnus of the Birabi Memorial Grammar School, Bori. He was Head, Internal Audit for NICOTES (Nig) Ltd., (INTEL) 1984-1987; Logistics/Materials Manager, DBN (Nig) Ltd., (for the Lagos/Escravos Gas Pipeline, and the Bonny Tank Farm Projects), 1987-1990. Mr. Igboh was appointed to the Board Advisory Committee of Greater Minneapolis Council of Churches (Center for Families, MN) in 2004. He has been a Trustee for Paedocare Foundation (Welfare of Children at Risk) since 2010. He attended DePaul University, Chicago, Illinois, USA; and Metropolitan State University, St.Paul, Minnesota, USA. He is a recipient of the DePaul University Department of English - Composition and Rhetoric (Essay Writing) Award. He received his MBA from the Hamline University Graduate School of Business, St. Paul, Minnesota, USA. He is a purpose driven management professional of high integrity
Dr. Bernard O. Piawah

Dr. Bernard O. Piawah, is an alumnus of Birabi Memorial Grammar School, Bori, Rivers State, Nigeria. He attended various universities in the United States of America from which he earned his Ph.D. in Pharmacology/Toxicology from Florida A&M University College of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences, Tallahassee, Florida. Dr. Piawah’s career path included work as an adjunct professor, planning director, and an environmental and land use regulator at the Florida Department of Community Affairs. While in the highly regarded position of a regional administrator, Dr. Piawah was in charge of managing and supervising staff responsible for the enforcement of state and federal environmental and land use regulations.
Mr. SuneBari i. Nantah
Treasurer
Mr. Sunebari (aka Sune) Nantah is an alumnus of Birabi Memorial Grammar School, Bori, Rivers State, Nigeria. He earned a master’s degree in Environmental Management from Montclair State University, Upper Montclair, New Jersey, USA. He has been in the environmental, health and safety professions for over 35 years. His functional areas include among others, Safety, Water, Waste and Air programs. Mr. Nantah spent his professional years in the states of New Jersey and Texas. Upon retiring from Texas State government service in 2014, he accepted a position with a mid-size city as an Industrial Pretreatment Coordinator. Mr. Nantah is known among his peers as a good listener and an excellent trainer. The regulated communities see him as someone they can call upon for guidance and clarifications when need arises.
dr. Albert O. Austin
General Counsel
Dr. Albert O. Austin is an alumnus of the Birabi Memorial Grammar School, Bori, Rivers State, Nigeria. He received his BS in Geology/Physics from the University of Wisconsin, Madison; and MS in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Houston, Texas. He worked for Chevron Oil Company for years, and later attended St Thomas University, College of Law, Miami Gardens, Florida where he received his law degree and LLM in Intercultural Human Right. He also earned a Ph.D. in law from Alliance International University, College of Law, Lusaka, Zambia. He worked for an International Law Firm at Greater Atlanta Area where he litigated cases ranging from Civil, immigration and Real Estate foreclosure cases both in District and Appellate Courts. Dr. Austin is a Human Rights Lawyer and his area of expertise include Civil Litigation, Immigration, Real Estate Foreclosures, Bankruptcy, and Human Rights Laws.
Dr. Meshach N. Karanwi
Public Relation Officer
Dr. Meshach N. Karanwi is an alumnus of Birabi Memorial Grammar School, Bori, Rivers State, Nigeria. He obtained his BS degree in Chemical Education, a MS in Instructional Systems Technology, with a graduate minor in Journalism from Indiana University, Bloomington, Indiana, USA. His Ph.D. degree program took him through the universities of Ibadan, St. Thomas, and Belford. Dr. Karanwi served at various times on faculties at the Rivers State College of Education, Rivers State University of Science and Technology, and The University of Port Harcourt, Nigeria. He was a Communication Media Consultant to the Rivers State Ministry of Health, and a Media and Technology Consultant to the Rivers State Ministry of Education. Dr. Karanwi is a Human and Environmental Rights Activist and represented the World Council of Churches (WCC) at the 53rd. Commission on Human rights in Geneva in 1996 under the sponsorship of the (WCC) Division on Peace, Justice, and Creation. He is a Public Speaker and Training Consultant.

Chief Lawrence Nule is an alumnus of the Birabi Memorial Grammar School, Bori, Rivers State, Nigeria. He is a retired lecturer of accounting, finance and business studies, mainly in further and higher educational sectors in Northwest London for over twenty years. During that period, he carried as business start -up training on behalf of his employers for both Brent and Harrow Local Authorities. Chief Nule holds the degree of MBA of Henley, the Management College and Brunel University, specialising in Finance and Quantitative analysis. He studied professional accountancy (ACCA) and Chartered Institute of Bankers. His main interests are differentiation in learning and course developments and sharing of best practices.
Dr. godwin n. d. nkeeh

Dr. Godwin Nkeeh attended BMGS, Bori, Rivers State, Nigeria from 1969 to 1973. He was among the first class that graduated from the school after the Nigerian civil war. Upon his graduation, he attended the College of Education, Port Harcourt, Rivers State, and later, the University of Ibadan, Nigeria, from which he earned his BS and MS degrees in education. After that he attended the University of Port Harcourt, Nigeria, from which he obtained his Ph.D. in Education Management and Planning and went on to lead a highly successful career as an educator in Rivers State, Nigeria. Some of the positions he held included, serving as Director of Schools – Post Primary Education and as a principal at various secondary schools in Rivers State. He became the principal of BMGS, his alma mater, from 2005 to 2012, becoming the longest serving principal of the school and the first alumnus that has ever served as its principal. Some of Dr. Nkeeh’s current activities in Rivers State, include serving as Justice of Peace; Provost of World Harvest Theological Seminary, Oweri, Imo State and Rivers State; and as an assistant pastor, Redemption Ministry, Bori. As a retired educator, he occasionally serves as an education consultant, and conducts seminars and lectures on education. For hobby, he practices poultry farming and fishery.

Mr. B. Adoage Norteh is an alumnus of Birabi Memorial Grammar School, Bori, Rivers State. He is a Fellow of The Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN), A Professional Tax Partitioner, Chartered Accountant with BSc in Economics. He is also a Fellow of the Institute of Directors, Nigeria (IOD), where he is the current Chairman; South South/South-East Zone of the Institute. A Member of Rivers State Ease of Doing Business Council (EoDBC), Mr. Norteh is the immediate past Executive Chairman, Rivers State Internal Revenue Service and a former Member of the Executive Council, Rivers State Government. He is a member of the Financial Reporting Council of Nigeria (FRC) and an awardee of Exemplary CEO/Board Award of International Association of Research Scholars & Administrators (IARSA). Mr. Norteh is a Member of Nigerian Association of Chambers of Commerce, Industry, Mines & Agriculture (NACCIMA). In NACCIMA, He currently serves as the National Vice President. He is the immediate past President of Ogoni Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Mines & Agriculture. He is the executive director of Centre for Ogoni Studies and Bori Business School. Mr. Norteh is a former Member of the Governing Board of Bamange Tukur Institute for International Trade & Development, University of Port Harcourt. Mr. Norteh is the Chairman of Faarah Group of Companies (Hospitality Managers) and sits on the board of B & L Associates, Estrox Ne’ Pator & Associates, among others. He is a Jazz and Country music enthusiast and enjoys singing and traveling.
